I hope everyone’s having a good Thanksgiving.  We’re very thankful for all we have this year, especially our beautiful little girl.  I’m also thankful for our health and the health of our family and friends.  No one had any major wrecks this year, and I’m thankful for that, too.  Last year was a bad year for many of us as far as our bikes were concerned.

I’ve so been itching to go riding lately, and it totally sucks that I can’t.  Even if I could get away from the little one long enough for a quick ride the bike is in no shape for riding right now.  It seriously sucks because we’ve had some really nice weather lately.  If you ignore the last two rainy days we’ve had some nice sunny days in the 70s during the rest of the week.  Sigh.  I’ll get to ride again soon.

It’s been really hectic around here the last couple of weeks, and I really haven’t had that much time to get online and post much.  I knew it would be like this once the baby got here, but I guess I had planned to have at least a little bit more time to hop online.

I really need to find myself a laptop because that would help out a lot.  Mine needs to be repaired, but it’s so old it’s not worth fixing.  Hopefully I can get myself a new one here soon, and if I do that’ll allow me to get online more often.  It’s just easier to breastfeed while sitting on the couch or bed using a laptop than it is to sit at a desk on a desktop.  Yeah, that’s probably TMI, but there ya have it.

I swear my bff is one of the luckiest people I know.  It’s like she was totally born with a golden horseshoe shoved up her you know what.  What happened this time?  She won a freakin’ bike from US129 Photos.  She’ll be heading up there to pick it up this weekend. 

Nope it’s not a new bike, but who cares?  Who’s going to turn down a perfectly good free bike?  Actually I really wouldn’t mind having this one.  It’s an 03 Honda CBR 600rr.  Congrats  Alli!  Who knows…maybe you’ll break down and let me ride it :-p.
