2007 Streetfighter Comparo II

Cutting down tight canyon roads with knifelike precision, hooligan antics abounded. Rolling through gears and wicking up throttles, redlines were bounced more often than checks at a liquor store. Wheelies popped like pills at a Lindsay Lohan post-rehab party. Tires smoked like a $40 baggie of hippie lettuce in a state college dorm. Stoppies stopped like, well, a lot of stoppies. As for speed limits, let’s just not even open that can of worms…

What motorcycles could inspire such reckless, irresponsible behavior from our usual law-abiding test riders and rambling analogies from this author? Well, my friends, it’s time once again for the MotorcycleUSA Streetfighter Comparo.blog it

I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to get around to reading motorcycleusa.com’s article on the Streetfighter Comparo this year. The article has been around for a little over a week now, but if you’re a streetfighter fan I strongly suggest you check it out to see how well your favorite Streetfighter did against 4 other naked bikes in the rider tests. This year’s test bikes included the Yamaha FZ1, Kawasaki Z1000, Ducati’s S4R Monster, Aprilia’s Tuono Factory, and Triumph Speed Triple. How did your favorite perform? Go read the 6 page article to find out all the specs and results you’ll ever want to know!
