Gee when I said I didn’t think I’d be around for a few days I didn’t mean to come down with a flu bug! I’ve been stuck inside for days laid up in bed doing nothing but watching tv, sleeping, and working from bed when I felt up to it. I caught up on a few episodes of Super Bikes! I’ve missed, so at least something good came out of it. I still feel like crap, but at least I feel like getting out of bed to get something done. I’ve been so restless, and it’s driven me crazy.

I told Hubby if nothing else I was going to at least get some laundry and dishes done, and most likely I’ll Lysol the bathroom again. At least then I’ll feel like I’ve accomplished something, and if I get to feeling too down again I’ll go back to sleep. It won’t be hard to fall asleep with all this rain falling today.

I don’t want to go back to bed though. I’ve got a list a mile long of things I want to get done over the next few days. For starters I still have to pull the Christmas tree out. Then I need to do a search for cheap auto insurance. It’s been awhile since I compared quotes. We’re currently with Nationwide for the Blazer, and I hate it. I hated Progressive for auto, too, but not as bad as I hate Nationwide. We’re only with Nationwide because Hubby has a crappy driving record, and it was the cheapest we could get for the full coverage we have to keep on the Blazer. Luckily the bike insurance is with Progressive, and that just dropped another $30.
