I love watching the motorcycle stunts that always seem to end up on TV on New Year’s Eve. I did get to watch Robbie Knieval attempt his New Year’s jump, and I was extremely disappointed with that one. As soon as we watched the jump we all started talking about how totally fake it was. He didn’t jump over the volcano. Instead he jumped over a few shooting pyrotechnics sparklers. It seems like I’m not the only one who totally called this out as a total hoax. Watch for yourself.

I didn’t get to see Robbie Maddison make his world record motorcross jump in Las Vegas, and I really hate that it took me this long to get around to looking it up. The truth is I’ve hardly spent any time on the pc in the last few days, and I didn’t touch it at all yesterday.
